Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only allowed for size changes of the same item.

We do not offer exchanges for different designs or products.

You must contact us on the same day of delivery to request an exchange.

Item Conditions:

  • Items must be new, unused, and unworn
  • All original Pomegra tags must be attached
  • Items that are damaged, soiled, altered, or unhygienic will not be accepted

Exchange Process

  1. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide our warehouse address.
  2. You must send the item back within 2–3 days via Speed Post (Sri Lanka Post only).
  3. We do not accept returns sent through other courier services.
  4. After receiving your item, we will inspect it and confirm the exchange.
  5. The new item will be delivered within 7–14 working days.
  6. Delivery charges must be covered by the customer.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or promotion are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare case that you receive a defective item:

  • You must contact us on the same day of delivery
  • Provide clear proof (photos/videos) on the same day

Once verified:

  • We will arrange a replacement of the same design within 7 working days
  • No delivery charge will be applied
  • You must hand over the defective item to the delivery rider upon receiving the replacement

Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  • Exchanges are strictly subject to inspection and approval by our team.
